Account Management and Technical Support
KNOVA is dedicated to providing quality customer service and technical support to our customers. As a KNOVA Customer, you have access to our skilled Support Agents and Engineers and will be assigned an Account Manager. Your Account Manager is responsible for your overall customer satisfaction and works with all relevant parts of the KNOVA organization (Sales, Support, Services) to ensure that your expectations are met and exceeded. You will meet your Account Manager during the initial implementation and he/she will later be your primary customer point of contact and relationship manager when you roll KNOVA into production.

Leveraging KNOVA's industry-pioneering Self-Service application, the KNOVA Support Portal serves a key role in our support operation. KNOVA's self-support Web site is the first place to go for answers. This support center provides an easy and accessible source of solutions to common problems and questions.
